The addition adds service capability to Blue Yonder’s key supply chain software product, Luminate, which is driven by machine learning and artificial intelligence, allowing customers to immediately access real-time inventory visibility and order fulfillment, get end-to-end supply chain visibility and have a personalized consumer experience, the company said.
