Logistics Manager: Unpredictable and uncertain, retail braces for 2021

So as the pandemic appears to be here to stay for a while, and at least into 2021, Wayne Snyder, VP, Retail Industrial Strategy EMEA at Blue Yonder explains the role automation will play in transforming supply chains. He suggests that retailers will need to learn to adapt and adopt automation methods: “As retailers navigate through these uncertain times, automation will play an increasingly crucial role, helping to make key decisions around everything from stock planning and management right the way through to shipping routes and price points.”
