Blue Yonder leader Umesh Gaur recognized by Great Place to Work® India for exemplary leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic
BENGALURU, India, 13 August 2021: Blue Yonder, the world leader in digital supply chain and omni-channel commerce fulfillment, today announced that it has been recognized as one of “India’s Best Leaders in Times of Crisis 2021” by Great Place to Work® among the top 50 companies under the category, ‘large organizations of 500+ employees.’
The “India’s Best Leaders in Time of Crisis 2021” study was a Great Place to Work® India initiative to identify leaders who have demonstrated exceptional ability in dealing with the COVID-19 crisis through actions such as redefining business models, redesigning workplaces to suit the current needs, ensuring the wellbeing of the workforce, and more.

Great Place to Work® Institute conducted this special study to gain insight into these leadership practices and then validated it with employees through a detailed survey. The study captured history as it happened by enabling organizations to update actions and initiatives regularly, while the short impact survey was conducted on cross-sections of employees to understand their experience during these challenging times.
As part of the Great Place to Work® recognition awarded to Blue Yonder, the company’s managing director, Umesh Gaur was recognized for demonstrating exemplary leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.
