JDA’s Q1 2018 Quarterly Special Interest Group Meetings Announced
Members Gain Product Roadmap Visibility and Are Given the Ability to Influence Product Enhancements
JDA Software Group, Inc., today announced its Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings occurring for the first quarter of 2018. The goal of the JDA SIGs, which are managed by the JDA Users Group, is to maximize customers’ investment in JDA solutions and gives members an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally through collaboration with other retail and supply chain professionals. JDA SIGs number more than 4,000 members from over 1,300 companies worldwide, and is an integral part of JDA’s customer-centric approach to ensuring their satisfaction, while boosting engagement along the customer journey.
JDA SIG meetings provide maintenance-paying customers with the opportunity to review, discuss and influence planned software enhancements and direction, as well as meet with JDA product directors to exchange ideas, ask questions and offer feedback about the solutions they use. Participation in JDA SIG meetings also gives members an opportunity to become product experts, while learning best practices and processes in the industry.
SIG members are also key product content drivers for many of the sessions and panels held at JDA’s annual user conference, JDA FOCUS, each year. JDA FOCUS 2018 will be held May 6-9 in Orlando, headlined by keynote speaker astronaut Scott Kelly, JDA customers Heineken and L.L.Bean, and featuring entertainment by Fitz and the Tantrums. JDA encourages customers to submit to speak at JDA FOCUS 2018, to showcase their company’s supply chain success stories, best practices, and more.
“I have the utmost respect for the SIG community. These extraordinary individuals take time from their busy lives to engage with JDA and help us better understand what it takes to be a true partner with our customers. They continue to amaze me with their level of caring and commitment,” said Sharon Mills, chief customer officer, JDA. “We look forward to hosting our SIG members for engaging dialogue and to get their pulse on our roadmap and strategy, ensuring it is in line with their expectations and needs.”
