The recently introduced program helps accelerate JDA’s innovation through partner collaboration, supports customer success and enables shared business opportunities
JDA Software Group, Inc., today announced early momentum around its recently introduced JDA Partner Advantage Program, which is designed to offer its partner community the opportunity to engage in joint collaborations with JDA, and help drive innovative solutions to market. Already, there have been new partners signed up to join the JDA Partner Advantage Program from across the globe.
“We have an extensive network of strategic, value-added partners that help drive success with thousands of customers deploying JDA solutions globally. We are tapping into this powerful network of leaders to more tightly engage on opportunities to bring new innovative solutions to market. In tandem, we are increasing our investment in partner training to expand their expertise which will only benefit our joint customers,” said Greg O’Sullivan, group vice president, global partner alliances and channels, JDA. “The JDA Partner Advantage Program is just another avenue for us as a company to bolster our market advantage, while addressing customers’ needs, ensuring they’re getting the most out of their JDA investments.”
JDA Partner Advantage has been designed strategically based on feedback from existing partners and on industry best practices for partner alliance program success. In addition to the value partners – and JDA – receive by collaborating on joint innovation, the new program makes it easy to work with JDA by capitalizing on a common set of resources, including a dedicated online support portal created specifically to cater to partners’ most common needs. Through JDA Partner Advantage, partners have a broad range of education and training opportunities to enable employees to quickly establish expertise in JDA solutions. By becoming accredited partners of JDA, partners’ consultants can ensure their mastery of JDA solutions and deliver unparalleled value and quality to existing customers and new sales prospects.

At JDA FOCUS 2017, this week in Las Vegas, JDA is showcasing current and future innovations across manufacturing, distribution, third-party logistics, and retail in the Innovation Hub, many of which are in collaboration with JDA ecosystem partners. Attendees can experience JDA’s co-developed solutions which will help enable the supply chain of the future. In addition to the Innovation Hub, JDA features hands-on interactive product and prototype demonstrations across the Delivery Zone at JDA FOCUS 2017.
